To inject energy, passion and enthusiasm into a team who had been buried for months in restructure and change management issues and to reward them for their efforts and perseverance in making it happen.

Solution

Forget treasure hunts, karting and quad bike safaris this had to be seriously different from anything anyone would expect.

What came first, the surprise or the fun? It became apparent over coffee that the brightly coloured items lining the bar were not part of the venue’s typical décor. Anticipation was rising and nervous smiles were spreading around the room.

No use in prolonging the agony - away we go! What happened next can only be described as one of the most engaging, fun-filled and high-spirited events that we have delivered and the audience loved it. Male and female, young and old and even the guide dog joined in!

Then, when they thought they’d reached the ultimate in team building, Eventure UK delivered the piece de resistance and the laughter, camaraderie and cheery atmosphere pervaded throughout the afternoon until the dog once more made herself known and stole the show.
