Solution
A cross-culture delivery to over 1000 delegates from 34 countries across 3 venues.
A pre event detailed training programme ensured everyone on the event team was professionally equipped to handle all manner of guest enquiries in addition to being well versed in the subject matters to host receptions, co-ordinate press conferences and facilitate workshops.
Seasoned delegates benchmark against demanding standards but a robust customer care policy was always evident and the team was adept in understanding the broad spectrum of delegate needs and managing these in a controlled, friendly and efficient manner.
The challenges faced were delicate and demanding but Eventure UK were totally dedicated to the success of the event and providing quality input across all aspects of the content.
